Ed Deming, Kano, Akao, and others.  He published and sold millions of improvement guides called Memory Joggers. He worked with over 20 companies to develop the most advanced innovation tools, saving many companies billions of dollars, sometimes in minutes. Bob won the EOQ Pioneer award for teaching over 1 million students advanced innovation in Europe and Asia.

Sadegh (Ben) Babaii has a university doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, with 25 years of academic and industry experience in design and engineering and over 10 years of experience coaching and solving challenging engineering problems using advanced problem-solving tools, systems, and robust processes.  Since 2022, he has been a member of US TAG at ISO ANSI TC 279 for Innovation Management, including auditable 56001, innovation competency 56011, and developed innovation ecosystem standards!!
